Enhance your knowledge of great composers of the early Romantic era (1820 - 1860). The piano works for orchestra, chamber ensemble, and solo piano of over a dozen composers will be explored, with Franz Schubert, Frédéric Chopin, Robert Schumann, and Franz Liszt receiving special attention. Experience their most creative compositions by watching videos of live performances by many world renown pianists. Biographical and stylistic information will enhance appreciation of the music.
